FixMyExport purchases are generally final because a free version is available for compatibility testing. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have an exceptional purchase issue, contact [email protected]. Purchases made through Apple or Google may also be subject to the store's applicable purchase and refund rules.

We provide a free version of FixMyExport that allows you to process up to 200 files. This free version includes all core functionality, giving you the opportunity to fully test the software and ensure it meets your needs before making a purchase.
We strongly encourage all users to try the free version first to evaluate the software's capabilities and compatibility with their workflow.
No Subscription Cancellations
FixMyExport is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges to cancel. Once you purchase a license, it's yours to use indefinitely.
