Is FixMyExport a subscription?

No. Pro and Pro + Cloud are one-time purchases for lifetime access on one activated device. Existing Pro users can also buy the Cloud Upload add-on once from the dashboard.

What does the free version process?

The free version processes up to 200 files from your local Snapchat My Data export and includes the core date, GPS, overlay, and split-video repairs supported by your export. Each device receives up to three free export attempts.

What's the difference between Pro and Pro + Cloud?

Pro adds unlimited local processing. Pro + Cloud includes everything in Pro and sends finished files from your device to your own Google Drive or Dropbox, avoiding an additional complete local output copy. Your downloaded Snapchat source export and some temporary working space are still required.

Can I process the same Snapchat export again?

Yes. Keep the original My Data folder unchanged and you can process it again with different output, timezone, naming, overlay, or cloud settings. A new run counts as an attempt on the free plan.

Which devices are supported?

FixMyExport is available for macOS 12.0+, Windows 10 version 1809+, iOS/iPadOS 15.1+, and Android 7.0+. A paid licence activates one supported device.

Are my photos uploaded to FixMyExport?

No. Media is processed on your device and is not uploaded to FixMyExport servers. With Pro + Cloud, finished files are sent from your device to your own connected Google Drive or Dropbox account.

Do I need the full Snapchat My Data folder?

Yes. Download and extract every ZIP part from Snapchat, then select the complete primary My Data folder containing the json and memories folders. The memories_history.json file by itself is not sufficient.

Does FixMyExport download my Memories from Snapchat?

No. First request and download your complete My Data export from Snapchat. FixMyExport then processes the media and metadata already stored in that local folder; it does not connect to Snapchat to download your Memories.
