1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FixMyExport, creating an account, signing in, activating a licence, or selecting the Terms acceptance checkbox, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use FixMyExport for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the software
• Use the software for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the software
• Transfer the software to another person or "mirror" the software on any other server

3. Service Description

FixMyExport is available on supported macOS, Windows, iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices. The free plan allows up to 200 processed files. Pro, Cloud Upload add-on, and bundle purchases are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Media is processed on your device and is not uploaded to FixMyExport servers.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your license key
• All activities that occur under your license
• Making backups of your original files before processing
• Ensuring you have the right to process the files you use with our software

5. Single-Device Licence and Transfers

A paid FixMyExport licence is for one device. Activation may occur by entering an activation key or by signing in with the email address used for purchase. Once any processing has been attempted on the activated device, the licence is permanently assigned to that device and cannot be transferred automatically. Reinstalling the operating system may be treated as a new device. If the licence has never been used to process files, contact support to request a transfer between supported macOS, Windows, iOS, iPadOS, or Android devices. Lost, damaged, replaced, or exceptional device-transfer requests are reviewed by the support team and may be approved at its discretion. Licences may not be resold, shared, or used to activate multiple devices.

5. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FixMyExport be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Refund Policy

FixMyExport purchases are generally final because a free version is available for compatibility testing. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have an exceptional purchase issue, contact [email protected]. Purchases made through Apple or Google may also be subject to the store's applicable purchase and refund rules.

We strongly encourage all users to try our free version first, which allows processing of up to 200 files and includes all core functionality, to ensure the software meets their needs before making a purchase.

8. Cancellation Policy

FixMyExport is a one-time purchase, not a subscription service. There are no recurring charges to cancel. Once you purchase a license, it's yours to use indefinitely.

No Cancellations: Since this is a one-time purchase of a software license, there are no cancellations available. The purchase is final upon completion of the transaction.

License Deactivation: In the event of a violation of these terms of service, we reserve the right to deactivate your license key, which will prevent access to the Pro features of the software.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the application.
